Urge to bite into human flesh...

Sounds very odd, I know. Its causing a great deal of anxiety! Lately I've got the intense urge to bite into someones flesh to the point I'm putting myself into panic attacks the urge is so strong. I had to get out of a friends car the past week because the urge was so great just to rip into his arm.. No I don't have any mental illness, not on medication and very straight edge. No bath salts here... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????????
