UPS is worst shining company in US

I bought some staff from Samstore internet store and odered grount shipping with UPS. Maybe it sounds unbelievable but this is true. The package was lost two times in row and I never got it. The agents from UPS were lying to me every time I called them, as well as supervisers. Moreover tracking information on the UPS web page were different every day. Nobody from the company could tell me where my package is. When I asked them how I can place coplain, they told me that actually there is no way to do it. Thus, I found the answer on the advertising question 'What can Brown do for you?' It's nothing.
