Unreward zone

Best Buys reward zone is a scam . Handed the cashier a 20 $ coupon that was printed off of their website and was told it was invalid . Had to pull out 20 $ to pay for the item. Called reward zone to complain , could not get a english speaking person or supervisor . Wanted my 20 $ bucks back not a new coupon they would not do it .Finally was told thank you for calling reward zone goood bye.
