Lawyers who do not pay their bills

We operate a translation/interpretation service and many of our clients on the interpreter end hire us for the services of an interpreter for depositions, trials, hearings etc. We pay our intepreters within 2 weeks of their service. Most attorneys send payment 2, 3 4 months later, sometimes 9 months to a year. We have taken some of them to small claims but that costs us money and does not force them to pay. We have gone the collection route and that did not yield good results. I guess if you don't want to pay your bill, there is not a whole lot you can do to get it. I would like to start naming them in the future.. I would like some input if anyone knows a better way to collect money for services rendered. Thank You. Alfred
