
Unprofessional manager at American General Finance

I had to worse experience with the Manager at American General Finance. Recently I had my checking account comprimised, due to the internet. Money was being taken out of my account causing it to go into overdraft. I had made my payment to American General Finance and unfortunately it was returned NSF. I explained the situation to AGF and that it would take me a while to recoup the funds. They called me every day at my place of employment after I told them I am not allowed to receive personal calls or make personal calls from work. I then went and paid them cash (2 payments because now I was behind). Again my bank account was comprised and AGF called 2 times a day at my place of employment after telling them I cant receive personal calls. I asked them to give and extension until Friday when I get paid and I would make 3 payments in cash. (they came to my house). The person who came said i would have to call his manager which I did. She said I was having a great month and you just ruined it. The constant not returning calls, the hang ups (which I have no idea what she is talking about). I explained to her again that I cannot make personal calls from work or receive them and because of my eratic works hours I have been unable to call. She said well I have had it I am going to have your car repossesed and then how are you going to get to work. I said all i need is until Friday. She said I will be here until noon today, borrow the money. I said I dont have anybody I can borrow it from and it's 11:15 and it's Saturday and my bank isnt open to straighten this out. She said well I am requesting a repo and slammed the phone on me.
