US Postal Service Memphis TN is hostile work environment. Management is inmoral. Women's rights are voliated. Management 'forces' employees into compromising situations. Employees are silent giving management full 'run' of hostile work environment. Bullying is more than a way of life. Moving the mail has gone by the way-side. It's all about how many females can male supervisor screw. It is a King/Queen environment. MS who screws most females = King. FS who screws most males = Queen. SE Area management is aware of situation, yet they turn a blind-eye. 'IT'S just a culture thing' All particants want a different environment.
