unfair work situation

Just started a new job 6 weeks ago and it sux!! Supposed to be data entry in a clerical environment, but SURPRISE!!! It's in a warehouse, with rented computer terminals, 30 min. lunches, no breaks, no sandals, and basically, no life!! Rate of pay is at entry level $8.00 per hr, BUT, this was supposed to be temporary until keystroke rates were implemented, at which time the potential for $18 - $20 per hour would be the norm. Well, NOT, NOT, NOT!!! Nobody to date (since Jan., 2006) has received one cent over the $8.00. Also, must work 12 hour days, and Saturdays! No cell phones allowed in the office (|if it's a camera phone, you can't have it in the building, or you'll be terminated on the spot!! NO, I am not kidding!!)
