Spelling might be ruff. I filed a complaint with Trona school distrect 13 months ogo.Of my concerns on the existing problum. The use of the Grey area, the fine line from legal or not.How far can the adminastration go.If there is no one to stop them. Shouldnt there be a third party,concider thinking that adminestrator questioning your kid fore as long as took untell this person said what they wanted to here.useng methods in grey area,Fine line or a 4 lane road One way only. I attended all B.M. Spoke up saying show me guide lines,denied this is a Uniform Complaint Dist stated no I assure you.I was asked were I got my information. From all the schools in Eastern Sierra school dist.reason was they refused me information.Five months passed.A reaply from dist stating my concerns of my child being called a lier that my concern was?????? What the The Super would not talk,meat with me nothing.Fax machines are cool! To be ignored like I was not there,(NOT)!Fax fax fax,'''''''''''''''''Fuk me NO FUK YOU.I apeald the board agreed with soper I was told The end. Six(6) months passed,Istoped by the supers office (OH HI) I asked what happend he said I filed incorrectly.It should have ben filed Uniform complaint.& If I agree to file one at a time he might beable to help me.Kind of him he sent me a letter too stating the fact.Can one take too many drugs in collage,? Born that way maby! I asked fore dockuments that I was not given while my complaint was active.He gave me some faxes back along with investigation paper work & complaint policy.I did not see it all at once but within One week,I was standing beside myself scratching the side of my Ass thinking they must have had there heads up theres.The place I speak of scratching only on the side of.This new Info from the super + papers I got.I WAS FULLY LOADED & READY FORE SOME take some of your owm meddison.I told the PREZ he wes a DERALICT & who ever signed this responce olso are DERALICT'sas well.They looked prety mad IF THE SHOE FITS! I asked did you even read it #1 Deralict,yes we read it though he would not read what I handed him. I commented on READ IT!! My complaint states nothing of what youre reaply to me states. (LIE) 3 papers forged with dates on heading of fax from '' '' '' Me. date '-'-' Each fax machine has film in it.It reacords everything. I unrolled film ''' finely.Started one day before.Went over it & over it ' ' ' Seems some one typed in or tayped on heading. The only reason Inoticed it was It made one item in the time frame of a 30 day compling time. If I am going to accuse Ide better be right. My complaint has not ben delt with at all. Get this The same Board took the (D)out of grading prosess.some how they got away with it fore 3 yrs.I confrunted them it was like pulling teeth to get this on the agenda fore vote.parents lots of them showed.The Dist stated we wanted to set a Trend in Calif. (OK) Oddly in this time frame Trona got the highest test scoring in the entire state even got awords. Somthing smells & it is not the egg smell.
