Ultra Mastering Company is a Fraud

On 5/19/06 I made contact with UltraMastering.com company via their web site to have an audio CD master made of my music. I followed their instructions on the web site, printed the contract, enclosed a personal check for $129.95 with my music CD and sent it to the company. The check cleared the bank on 5/25/06. On 5/30/06 I did received inital mastered CD, but it required revisions. On 6/14/06 I contacted them (their web site indicated I would receive two free revisions for the money) with corrections. I finally received a reply on 6/21/06 stating the revisons were complete and I should receive the CD 'shortly'. On 7/9/06 I sent another e-mail asking what the problem was because I had yet to receive the revised CD. No response. I sent an e-mail on 7/17/06 stating my dissatisfaction with their method of conducting business, that if the problem could not be resolved I would like a refund of my money, and if I did not receive a timely response I would begin filing claims with any and all applicable consumer grievance organizations. Today, 7/26/06, I checked their web site for any contact information other than address and e-mail address, but the site address listed 'Page Cannot Be Found'. I also check Yahoo Yellow Pages for a business listing, but found nothing. Hence, I am filing this complaint which I hope anyone and everyone will read and be warned.
