Hitachi promises to stand behind their products, believes in customer satisfaction, and will promote themselves as Customer Driven. The truth is they are not for the customer only themselves. Their products are inferior and even the companies who sell their crap acknowledge the poor workmanship. A reply from anyone is unrealistic at best. It took over 6 weeks before the place of purchase decided to correct the repair at no cost to us. Hitachi should be avoided at all cost, believe us, the hassle is not worth it.
