TV Picture Tube lasted 3 years only

Just to air this out. I know it's too late, but I'll feel letter. About 5 years ago I bought a PHILLIP MAGNAVOX 19' tv. About 3 years later the picture tube went. I didn't have an extended warranty as my last TV lasted 20 years. I went back to the store I got it from and they totally wrote me off. I called the company and they totally wrote me offas well. I asked for the name of their CEO and they said they didn't have one. I spent good money for thid TV and I expected it to last more than 3 years! So, I told the jerks at Phillips that I would tell everyone I know that they do not stand behind their products or customers and that no one should buy their products. So that's what I'm doing. I will NEVER buy from them again.
