I buy a TV License annually but again this year I have received a letter from Enforcement Division. They have been authorised to visit me and interview me under caution in compliance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, the first step to prosecution, name will be added to National Database and fine £1,000. I can't get them on the phone, e-mail or fax. No postal address on the letter. Is this a joke. I am not laughing. How can I gat redress?
