there is a tree on our neighbors property....they are now building a detached garage about 50-100 feet from their house...and there is plenty of room for a tree to fall in their yard (compared to ours- on this receiving side anyway)this tree is growing into our power lines and is leaning towards our house....and this tree by the way is about 10 feet from the house-5 feet from power lines and the tree it self is about...well honestly i do not know....taller than our 2 story house...they say it is our responsibility because the branches and tree it self are leaning our way....but my grandfather so everyone knows is a 'tree fanatic' so to speak and left foot upon foot between their lot line and ours...but now their trees are our responsibility? they have the space now....and are cutting trees down anyway....right? isn't their responsibility? it IS definitately their tree....they dont doubt it!!!
