treatment at drs office

My husband went to a local dr for a colonospy,had some polyps removed. When I called several weeks later for the results of the biospy I was tod they did not have time to look up the results. I was told this two days in a row. I got angry,told them it was not acceptable,they returned my call a few hours later and I was told the results were nogative.Two weeks later on our follow up appointment we were told it was pre-cancer.What can I do to report this to someone.Any ideas?
