
Paid for order didnt receive all of it

I purchased several items from this place and was notified that one of the items (the most expensive item ordered) was on back order. Okay, that was fine. However, for several weeks now I have been e-mailing their 'support' division with no response. Actually, I got a response the first time explaining how sorry they were and the item was going out immediately and they would throw in some freebees! Still nothing and no responses to several e-mails from then on.
