The company I worked for would not work with my medical appointments with the VA, I was seeing a theripist for a mental issue I have. I told human resources that I was seeing a doctor for personal problems but they still would'nt escuse any tardiness or absences due to appointments. After a few months I obtained too many points and was told I was in jeopardy of losing my job, I reminded them of my issues but they refused to work with me. Because of there lack of cooperation i had to quit going to the doctor so I could keep my job. The end result, how ever, is I lost my job do to personal issues anyway. The name of the Business is Spencer Industries. They are very greedy and don't care about the employees and their families. I wish I could boycot that place. If anybody has any ideas to help me out I would greatly appreciate it
