Transport Companies

What is the problem of all staff that work in transport/courier/haulage/builders/electricians type companies? I have never been spoken to in such a way by so many god awful secretaries on a power trip in my whole life. I phone up wanting a product or service from these companies, and end up being interrogated like a criminal. It's an absolute joke. so a typical phone call goes... 'Hi, I'm after Mr Smith..' Hitler style secretary: who is calling? 'My name is Imogen' Hitler style secretary: Imogen from where? I'm calling from (my company)' Hitler style secretary: What is it regarding? I need to find about one of your products' Hitler style secretary: We don't accept calls of this nature 'of what nature?' Hitler style secretary: Well what are you selling? 'I'm not selling, is Mr Smith there please?' Hitler style secretary: Well what is it regarding? 'Our company is interested in using your services' Hitler style secretary:and what service is that? 'your courier service, can i please speak to mr smith as i have been told to negotiate a deal with him' Hitler style secretary:Well Mr Smith doesnt deal with those queries 'well who does?' Hitler Style Secretary: Mr Jones 'Oh right, okay, is he there?' Hitler Style Secretary: No 'Do you know when he will be?' Hitler Style Secretary: No. 'Oh great thanks for your help... I FUCKING GIVE UP!!!!!!' do you see what I mean!?!
