AOL Phone Harassment

We do not have an account with AOL, and yet they call every day sometimes twice a day. I have done every thing including threatening them. They say they will not call any more, but that hasn't happened yet. This has been going on for months. I don't know what to do any more. My husband works third shift so the phone ringing is a huge aggrevation, but I can't turn the ringer off because my father is really ill and I need to be able to be reached.
