Transfer funds never received

The transfer funds of 55,000 was promised to be deposit into the account Tuesday Sept 5th 2006.. It was never received. Found out they add 40,000 on top of 55,000 and they want me to pay dermurraged tax as I was late paying that tax on time..and did not even tell me where 40,000 came from and why?? That is bull shit..I paid demurraged tax on time..it shows on WU forms I did pay on time..
