target rip-off

I bought an item at Target and it stopped working about 1 month later. I went to the store and tried to return it but they said I couldn't because they couldn't verify the UPC. This item was the STORE BRAND, Trutech-- that's right, they actually manufacture this brand and they're telling me they're not sure it came from a Target store. DO NOT SHOP AT TARGET!!!! Obviously they are so broke that they have to rip off their customers.
