i use the birkenhead tunnel to travel to work. The tunnel is a 4 lane's 2 each way. On entering the tunnel there are signs telling motorists that lane changing is not allowed. The amount of motorists ignoring this and changing lanes when traffic is at its heaviest is so dangerous. There is a police force attending the tunnel but are never to be scene in the rush hour. Why the authority dont use camers in this day and age i dsont know?
