We paid a premium price to a local kitchen firm to have the job project managed from flooring to electrical work and kitchen units. We were told it would take 14 days to complete but through a lot of bad management it ended up taking 70 days. We also had to have leaking taps replaced and worktops due to the taps leaking. They have refused to any compensation.
