ANYONE READING THIS....NEVER NEVER USE TRAFFICMASTER STAINPROOF GROUT SOLD AT HOME DEPOT. THIS IS NOT GROUT--IT IS CAULK DISGUISED AS GROUT. IT CANNOT BE PLACED IN A SHOWER--THEY TELL YOU IT IS OKAY TO PLACE ON SHOWER WALL, BUT NOT SHOWER FLOOR. WILL NOT HARDEN LIKE CEMENT. CRAPPY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO BLAME YOU FOR USING IT INCORRECTLY WHEN THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY VAGUE. CALLED SEVERAL CONTRACTORS IN MY AREA WHO SAID THIS STUFF SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE SHELVES--'AN INDUSTRY RIP OFF' IF YOU HAVE USED THIS STUFF I URGE YOU TO COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY. THE ADDRESS IS: TILE PERFECT(ROANOKE COMPANIES GROUP), 1105 SOUTH FRONTENAC STREET, AURORA, ILLINOIS 60504 ATTN: RICHARD F. TRIPOLDI, CEO OR DOUG VANDENBURGH, VP OF SALES. YOU CAN GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AT ROANOKECOMPANIESGROUP.COM AND GET THIS INFORMATION. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT GROUT--THEY ADVERTISE IT AS GROUT AND A HOME DEPOT SALES ASSOCIATE(AKA, A MAN WHO COULDN'T FIND A BETTER PAYING JOB)INFORMED ME IT WAS OKAY TO USE IN MY SHOWER--WRONG!! I AM NOW OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN LABOR COST AND TILE THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE BECAUSE OF TRAFFICMASTER STAINPROOF GROUT.

We used it on our backsplash and it was great. We have not had any problems in the past six months that it has been on there. We were going to do some more, but now Home Depot no longer sells it.

I have it on my kitchen counter. It is horrid stuff. I am now paying someone to come remove it and replace it with real grout. It has shrunk in most places. It has stained a nasty brown stain near the sink. It never 'set up'. It is still gummy. How sanitary is that? The Home Depot rep told us not to use it. We thought it would be ok. Should have listened to the tile guy-he knew what he was talking about, live and learn...
