toyota gas card incentive

Toyota offered a gas card incentive of $1000 to be mailed out to customers after 5/31/06 and to be received 5 to six weeks after the 31st. I bought my car 5/15/06, and to date 7/31/06 have NOT received my card. I made calls to the dealership who told me it was the fault of the card company, then told that I should have card anytime. Not true. Then called American Epress and was told a day later that I should have card within 3-5 work days. That was today! Still, no card. Also, expiration date is 1/07. The reason so many bought this car was the gas mileage and cost is $23 or so to fill...so how can the car use $1000 in gas by 1/07? I will contact a lawyer and sue not only for the gas card but for all the time, letters and calls I have made on dealerships behalf to get some changes made! Does everything have to take a first class law suit to get these companies to pay attention????????????
