I just wanted to post here how upset I am with the service toshiba provided me. I sent my computer to the depot 1 month ago and they still did not fix it, and are telling me it's going to take 30 days more. Every time I call the representatives don't know what's going on, and when they transfered me to the depot I spoke to STEVE (HE SAID HE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER) ID 3749, after asking him to tell me WHY it was taking so long he hung up on me. So I called again and spoke to Mike (he also said he is the general manager) and I told him I need my computer back, so he is sending the computer without being fixed. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?
