on 4/7/02,i was struck by a southwest airlines van at the abq.airport.i was working for amer.west at the time.the driver was over the speed limit/not looking where he was going &struck from behind.lost my left lung/spleen/broken ribs/brain injuries/coma/hosp.apr-dec.court found s.w.guilty & judgment.made. s.w.has not pd.1$/had hrt.attack/lostbone in armand live every day in pain.cannt get government supporyt.lost insurance 401k savings.etc. its time that southwest airlines pays what the courts have decided and stop my suffering.if they can spend millions on ads why not pay the money the courts have ordered??????
