Took picture of an injury

A very old man was walking rather quickly at our hospital's parking lot. He was not paying attention and tripped over a parking block. He immediately flipped over and injured his head. I took pictures with my cellphone. The man then began to defecate because he passed out, which I abruptly began to take a video. I then proceeded to deliver aid to the man as I am in the medical field. I kept the pictures and movie and laugh every time I see them... I feel guilty.

If you feel so fucking gulity stop laughing and delete the pictures and video off of your cellphone! I wouldnt delete them though LOL. Id rather watch a fat person fall though, A GREAT BIG LAZY FUCKING FAT MUSLIM WOMAN. Thatd be so fucking funny.
