Tony Blair is a totally incompetant fool. We know that. But now he's has screwed me out of over £4000. Saying the government was going to implement home condition reports in June 2007, mandatory for every house in the UK to be put on the market. However, they did not have any, or many, home inspectors to do the reports. We were encouraged to enroll into Universities to study and get this degree. So I did. Had to pay £4000 up front, and then he pulled the plug and scrapped the program. Of course there is no refund. I hope he drowns on his Caribbean vacations.
