I AM A BUSINESS OWNER OF A SMALL INSURANCE CO. WE WERE USING DELTA COM AS OUR TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER AND HAD NO PROBLEMS FOR TWO YEARS. THEN THIS MONTH AUGUST 2006 WE MOVED BUSINESS LOCATIONS AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO MOVE TO BELL SOUTH AS OUR NEW TELEPHONE PROVIDER. MY GOD! TALK ABOUT LAUREL AND HARDY, BELL SOUTH IS A MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY, THEY PROMISE TO MEET DEADLINES AND NEVER MET ONE, WE SPENT A WHOLE DAY WITH NO SERVICE BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE. TO BE MORE PRECISE, WE COULD NOT GET THE DSL WORKING AND AFTER ONE WEEK OF CALLING BELL SOUTH THEY FINALLY AGREED TO SEND OUT A TECHNICIAN SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY 14TH AUGUST 2006 BETWEEN TIMES OF 8AM-11AM GUESS WHAT? THE IDIOT TECHNICIAN TURNED UP AT 7.45AM AND LEFT A CARD ON THE DOOR OF THE OFFICE STATING THAT WE WERE NOT THERE AND LEFT AT 7.47AM REMEMBER, THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8AM-11AM
