Tomatoes with everything

My body cannot tolerate raw tomato, yet it is all but impossible to get any business - airlines/sandwich shop chains/Italian restaurants - to provide food which is tomato-free. I don't mean with the tomato scraped off, I mean without a single tomato molecule anywhere near the food item. I do not believe I am unique, but until I know how many fellow tomatophobes are out there, I cannot decide how best to tackle the issue.
