I signed up for a Cingular Go phone. I canceled the phone after 2 months but they continued charging my credit card for a few months. I have been fighting with the company (it's been ugly) and to the store where I purchased it. I get the run around from Customer Service and the retail store. They refuse to refund the money. It's no surprise that they are owned by SOuthwestern Bell. I have found this co - Ed Whitacre run - to be really sleazy. I am taking to court and would tell everyone to stay away from CIngular or anything SouthwesterN bell related.
