This construction company, comprized of Tom Morrissey and Ron Morrison have ripped my mother off for thousands and thousands of dollars. As an elderly, hipanic disabled women;she has only a limited income and doesn't understand English very well. What a perfect scenario for these con artists! Based in Oceanside , California they promised my mother that they would install a small manufactured home on a small patch of land in Escondido, California. This project has never been finished, the home looks like a wrecked shack and many inspectors have been schocked at the poor quality of work. My mother is now out of money, sick and failing fast due to this stress and pain. What was a '30' day project per Mr. Morrison has become a 2 year nightmare! We will be suing this company and asking for all of my mothers life savings back! Warning!!! Ron Morrison and Tom Morrissey will lie to you and rip you off! We send our prayers to anyone who has been hurt by these unprofessional and deceitful men. Caution! Ron Morrison does not have a license!!
