Failure to pay final wages

Vendomatic Inc/ Jane Wilcom failed to pay me my final wages. I was working in a hostile environment, The supervisor Eddie Warren cussed me and said things no one would take lightly so I left. Before I got home Jane Wilcom called me and told me to turn all my shirts etc in before getting paid. She also told me that she wouldn't pay me my final wages unless I type up a letter and sign it stating I quit, I refused to so she still hasn't paid me my final wages. of 770.00. My final wages was due on 12/16/2005 it is now 05/29/2006 and I still haven't received it.
