Don't buy a Toll Brother's Home! They don't stand behind their product and they don't build quality like they advertise. I have lived in my home for 6 months and they make the repair fix worse than the original problem and then call you a complainer! Trust me, the amount of energy I have spent is exhausting and they hope you give up so they don't have to do anything, meanwhile, you left with a crap house that will cost a fortune to fix and you paid them a fortune to build. If you do decide you want to purchase a Toll Brothers home get everything in WRITING!!! EVERYTHING. Get details of home they will install everything in writing.
