BEWarer of Beach homes In Ocean beach California. The owner Mike mills has numerous appartment complexes. Lyn Stinson runs the show and has lap dogs like Cherly and her husband george to do the dirty work. The properties are always in need of repair. Tennants are treated disrespectvily by the management abused and sworn at and lied at. hardly anyone has their deposit returned and they threaten and abuse the tennants. these people need to be stopped in their tracks. they think because they allow people to have pes and large dogs that they can treat people like shit and they will do anyhting not to be kicked out. people need to stand up for their rights and put these people in their place. liars, cheats, trashy low life managers who shouldn't even be allowed to manage property and in charge of running and ruining peoples lives They deserve to suffer as they make others suffer You pigs you dirty pigs you low life shits get lost

I am currently going through a legal battle with these scumbags. Would any of you on this forum be willing to sign a document describing your experiences so I can submit in court? She did a walk through when we moved out. She commented on how well we kept up the place and how clean it was. she told me that our deposit would be returned promptly. My wife and I traveled back across the country with our newborn baby. Several months later, we were told that the deposit had to pay for damages that did not exist. Over $2000. I hope she gets cancer and dies

Well from what I have read, I dont believe a word of it. Lyn is only doing what the owner wants. She works very hard to make the apartments livable, and the fact that she takes dogs is very unusual. Most apartments wont allow animals in theyre apartment., She is very qualified to look after any sick animal that resides there. Also Michael Mills is a drunk and gambler who leaves all the decisions to her, And I think she does the best she can So get your head out of your ass or move. Simple equation. Bobbi

WOW, AGAIN! I just happened upon this site in my search for Mike Mills' address. This Lynn bitch is taking a big ass rent increase in the garages I've rented from Mike for several years. I live in Ocean Beach and started renting this two car garage for $200 a month ($100 per unit), which I pay yearly up front in cash. It's strictly storage and we rarely go there - at the most once a month. My only contact has been apartment manager Vinnie, a seemingly nice guy who answers to Lynn. She increased the rent to $300 a month ($150 per unit) two years ago. Perchance, I met Mike and Vinnie in the neighborhood when rent was due. Mike said, 'they pay cash for the entire year up front?' and on-the-spot took $600 off the $3600 annual rent. Last year, we didn't get that discount, which is now being called '3 months free rent' and we paid the full $150 per unit. Today Vinnie called to tell us Lynn wants $200 a month per unit, $4800 a year. WTF? Tenants pay $100 for a garage, their rent hasn't gone up, why us when we pay a year in advance and hardly are ever there? Anyone know how to get in touch with Mike Mills? I see him as reasonable and fair, as he OFFERED to discount me for being a long-term, no hassle tenant, paid in full for a year. It makes me wonder if Lynn is pocketing the proceeds, since he isn't involved in the day-to-day financial activities. I have never had a rental agreement. At Mike's insistence, he gave me a receipt for my one year up front payment, which I still have. After I haggled with Vinnie, she agreed to take $4000, a $400 increase over last year, and she wants me to deliver cash to her house. Let's bring this bitch down!
