T-Mobil

I changed to Cingular within the probation period. I did it in person at the T-Mobil store (on Sloat in San Francisco). They made the mistake of charging me $200 for changing. This was brought to their attention, many many times. However, I have over 20 calls a day from the collection agency. I did all the right things, acording to T-Mobil, but no one is able to make the simple change. The 20 calls a day is harrassment at this point. I am tired of explaining the transaction over and over. Are their lawsuits for collection agencies that keep harassing you everyday of the week, starting early in the mornings?
