To Whom It May Concern: Today I put in a new printer cartridge in my HP printer and found that it was defective. Defective products happen, so I called HP customer service and spent a total of 3 hours getting transferred from department to department, agent to agent (which they must outsource to India because out of the dozen “support agents” I spoke to not one spoke English without an accent that wasn't extremely difficult to understand) just to find out that yes my product was defective and they would send me a new one. If I had know it would have taken three hours out of my busy workday to take care of a $20 dollar product I would have gone to Office Max and bought a new one and saved myself the hassle.
