
TIVO SUCKS

I returned a Tivo May 1 2006 the company debited my account Sept 1 it took 5 hours on the phone to get the issue resolved and I still have to wait for a refund of my money. Thank god I found the reciept from USPS ,if not I would have been charged over $200.00.
