i ve just come back from tenerife on my second day the rep from cosmos phoned me to say they needed me to sign some paperwork what turned out to be an excuse to send me on a timeshare they said would me and my family mind going to look at a new venture and give then some feedback on a hotel i asked her if it was a timeshare as i have been on a few before and was told no nothing like that? as soon as we got there we knew staight away it was after 5 hours being give the hard sell we had to tell these people severaltimes we did not come on holiday to spend £10000 on a timeshare until they decided they had no chace of a sale and sent us back in a taxi we felt cheated by cosmos and there reps beware
