I have tried to find an email address for TWC but they make it conviently hard to do so. They want you to call your local provider (which I did) but this needs to go to the powers above. My story is: Customer Service, I had TWC about 10 years ago and was dissatisfied w/ the service and switched to DirecTV when it came out. Recently I thought I would give TWC another try. Everything went well until I started getting local TV commercials in spanish. I do not speak spanish, this is the USA and we speak english here. I called my local TW in Torrance on Cravens St. and told them about this and they were rude and said just change the channel. Wrong answer... I will give TW one week affective today, Sunday June 11th 2006. If I see one more SPANISH commercial after that week us up, I will once again quit TW and go back to DTV. Its your choice... DirecTV is dyeing to get my business back whereas the local TW rep's are rude and apparently think that the main TW company doesn't want my business. I'll let you discuss that w/ them as maybe you do want my subscription to TV, pay-per-views and my high speed cable modem for the computer. I have stuck w/ the computer connection regardless of how I feel about the TV connection. But I'm rethinking that decision also. Now a days, there are many great ISP out there. I was one of the first to sign up for cable modem for the computer when introduced here in Torrance CA. I have even upgrade recently to your most expensive connection possible and if this isn't important to you please let me know. Please tell the idiots that work in your Torrance CA branch they need to get w/ the program of customer service. That really is the only thing you have to offer over the other providers and you should keep reminding yourselves of that FACT. I was even entertaining the idea of your 'All-in-one' service but that sure isn't going to happen on the course we are headed... So its entirely up to you... And make sure the main people in the TWC see's this email and just don't just politely push it aside... I'm sure I speak for thousands if not millions of people out there that just don't have the time to take the initiative to contact you... I will watch for your prompt reply or call...
