Why does the Rockingham County Sheriff not help you get your child back. Mother has ran with child, court order to retun the child. But the county sheriff office refuses to locate her. Holds the paperwork and states until we locate her there is nothing we can do.......Why does the local enforcement not follow through on a court order?
