I own a timeshare in williamsburg and they just downsized my occupancy limit by removing a pullout sofa from my unit; on top of that I have a 3-bedroom lock-off unit and they are declaring it as a 2-bedroom unit thereby limiting my trading power with RCI. I also have to pay the same amount in maintenance fees. Why does it seem as if they are punishing us because we refuse to go points. I am fed up. On top of that they do not want to talk to me.
