Purchasing from Tiger Direct online was a terrible experience. They promised to credit my account for a computer that was not delivered to the correct address and still haven't done so. It is nearly impossible to speak with a human being on their phone line, and they lie to you. I spoke with one rep who was very rude and didn't know the product line or how to answer a simple question about the product. If you ask to speak with a supervisor they will say there isn't one available but will call you back. Needless to say, they never do. This is a company that I would recommend not doing business with, if you want to save yourself a lot of grief. If you do make a purchase, be sure to do it with a credit card, at least that gives you some recourse to dispute the charge if you have a problem...which you can pretty much count on. Above all, DO NOT SEND THEM A CHECK, DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD.
