Against Tickco.com November 1st, 2006 To whom it may concern; When I spoke to the agent on the phone and they promised me there would be no charge to my account for tickets to a game five playoff game between the Minnesota Twins and Oakland A's if in fact there was no game. It is absurd anyways, the tickets have and had no value because the twins lost in three games and there was no game five. Since I am not sure where the tickets are and since I just had abdominal surgery and not in much shape to search for them, I cannot lift anything more than an apple for example, I expect you to refund my account for a base ball game that never existed anyways because the game never happened and the tickets never had any value. This is in addition to being promised a full refund by your agent who never said anything about returning any tickets. If you don't refund me I will contact the attorney generals of California, Arizona and USA and ask them to investigate you for fraud. In Addition I will contact American express and ask them to investigate you for Fraud, if that road does not seem to work I will hire an attorney to sue you for my refund, I don't care if it costs more for the attorney than it did for the tickets because I have no interest in getting ripped off. I will also contact all web and internet blogs for sports, sports tickets, reviews and so on and tell people not to buy tickets from you because this is a fraudulent company. You cannot go against your word and practical sense.
