Have just come back from a holiday with thomsons. They are supposed to be one of the best to fly with. we went with my disabled step daughter and the holiday was fine but the airport was horrendous. I told the travel agent that she was disabled and in a wheelchair and phoned the airport a week before. When we got there, we were last on the plane and the same going back. We had to near enough carry her (shes 12) down the aeroplane aisle to her seat with people and bags in the way. Then on the way back, the check in desk was amazed we had a wheelchair as we werent down as havent one (yet we flew out!)and our tickets had to be changed. we were last on the plane and again the seats were not for disabled. And to cap it all, not only did they lose part of her wheel chair but they lost her meal!!!!!!!!!!!
