This is let the public know that the person who is using the screenname as 'Doctor' on rawcomplaints.com is registered as and has been arrested for beastiality his case is a mile long and lists some 35 animals he has had sexual realtions with over the past several years . If you come in contact with him or see him on the street contact your local police department. He is armed and considered extremly dangerous. Animal owners, do NOT let this person around your animals. His habits include going to dog pounds, animal shows, and he will often ask strangers if he can babysit their dogs or other animals.
