Pella Windows

I ordered 12 windows from Pella in Queensbury, NY. The salesman measured eight of them wrong and their installer could not install them correctly. Pella refuses to acknowledge their mistake leaving me hanging with 4 uninstalled windows. They will not respond to phone calls.
