Think too much

I think too much about intimacy with men. I think thoughts about what I'd like to do and when and with whom. Most of the time I am a lady- thinking clearly and behaving decently. But these other thoughts-- its like I am a crazy woman. Am I nuts or what? How do I stop all this thinking?
