THE INSIDE OUTSIDE STORES

I ordered from them on the 19th and on the 29th they sent an email cancelling my order..when I called to find out why I was put on hold for 24 mins..I got sick of waiting and called back only to be placed on hold again..finally someone said that the item I ordered was no longer available..very poor customer service as I feel they should have notified me long before this that it was no longer available..will never do business with them again!! beware!!
