It should be noted that the following information has already been communicated directly by me to the mentioned parties and that some of the terms I use such as lies, deceit, incompetence and corruption are those I have directly used to the organisations named. On the late evening of 3 November early hours of 4 November 2004 my family (wife, Daughter (foreign appearance) and my 11 year old son were verbally and racially abused and offered degrading and intimidating treatment and caused loss of personal possessions at the hands of two bus operatives of Dunn-line (holdings) Ltd, The Coach Station, Basford, Nottingham, NG6 0RD Tel: 0115 942 0578, operating under the Livery of National Express Ltd, PO Box 9854, Birmingham, B16 8XN Tel: 0121 450 8471. I have been fighting them ever since and have waited patiently for them to explain in full not only as to why this should happen but also as to what they have done about it. They initially LIED to cover up some facts, have been deceitful in their replies and subsequent actions and have now chosen the silence option under Company Confidentiality to avoid any further comment or action. My pile of documents/correspondence on these matters are approximately 3 inches thick, evidence enough. The Bus Appeals Body, Imperial House, 15-19 Kingsway, LONDON, WC2B 6UN Tel: 0207 240 3131 who have made a so called investigation into the issues seem to think that the matters can be resolved with simple ticket refund compensation when a full and intimate investigation is required. The issues need exposing. I have even wrote to the Bus Appeals Body asking them to explain who funds them and should it be the bus companies then no wonder they are not prepared to make thorough Inquisition. I followed up by asking (a perception that they have created for me) whose pockets they were in and like National Express they refuse to communicate anymore. I now move to our RACIST and MEGA Incompetent Police Forces in particular the Sussex and Leicestershire Forces who I found immersed in a don't want to know attitude. From the very first phone call it was a struggle. The call taker would not even record anything. Only when I pursued them did they (both forces) decide to take initial report recording. Initially it was a ball game with each force saying it was nothing to do with them it was the other forces responsibility. When Leicestershire Force eventually took statements they conveniently lost them and it was not until months later that I (after much effort) persuaded the Sussex Force to have the Leicestershire Force re-take the statements. I did not know until this incident that the forces investigate their own complaints and guess what they found nothing wrong with the Incompetence, Racism and Performance from losing evidence (which they are custodians of) to the, I could not give a damn attitude of the call takers. The standard of evidence gathering within these forces is abysmal. No wonder criminals laugh all the way to the courts to have cases thrown out. The interesting thing about these forces is that I specifically made both Chief Constables aware of the issues and .........NOTHING happened? Ignored. The evidence in my possession is more detailed than above but what I have written is sufficient to show the extent of the lies, deceit and denial of our businesses and institutions. I am looking for support as a way of getting justice and in embarrassing those involved into meaningful action.
